In order to liven things up around here, and through the marvel of Twitter, I have hooked up (not like that) with the ever-excellent Gray from Diary Of A Ledger for a new and exciting feature that we have decided to call Cross Blogination.  The idea behind this is to (drive readership) do a music review stream with a difference.

Every fortnight, one of us will recommend to the other one of our all time favourite albums, which we will then both write a review for, one from a fanboy perspective, the other from a neutral standpoint.  It’s a great excuse to (get new visitors) review albums we would never otherwise get the chance to, and also to learn about some new music from the other person. We seem to have pretty different tastes, so the results should be interesting.

Once our reviews are up we will link to the other’s review so that you can compare what we think, and you can feel free to leave us both hurtful comments.  Gray decided to let me go first, (pity the poor man) and the results will be up tomorrow for your perusal.
